Only good for small children
I am not a large man by any means (standing roughly 5'9 and 150lbs), and this vest was far too small for me, and did not provide much protection whatsoever.

Does the job for a low-priced universal vest
I've had this vest for about 9 months... I am 5'9"/160lb and it fits just fine. Overall construction is also very good. It actually holds up much better than more expensive vests I have purchased. The adjustable velcro straps allow me to loosen or tighten it up as needed. It is pretty light and comfortable and I soon forget I even have it on once I get on the field. For a universal-fit compact protective vest it works great. For the low price it is a value as a primary or back-up vest. By the way, I wear it over a t-shirt or tank-top (like a bullet-proof vest) but under my jersey and gear... if you try to wear it over bulky paintball clothing you will look like a dork on the field anyway :)

Only if you're under 5.6 and 170 lb
I'm 6.2, 205lb and in a decent shape. This looks like I stole my little nephew shirt. One size fits all.. yeah right.. :)
