You can't beat the price
The mesh is thin but it will stop a ball.
The band is kind of thin compared to nets that cost 6 times as much
It is only 36" tall VS the one meter (39-3/8") regulation net.
No dowels

It has a steel cable top.
It cost me $22.
These two things outweigh the cons unless you have to have the one meter net. I will spend the money on a Gopher net one of these days, but this works as a great backup when I go to play right now.

Well worth the cost.
This net is so much nicer than what you find in stores. Those dinky sets that cost about $40 are total rubbish. I hung this net from pine poles I bought at a hardware store and I cut smaller poles to use for stakes. It only cost about $10 worth of wood. And we left it set up outside for about 6 months. The net is still good as new. And it's strong enough to take a hard blast from a volley ball. Mostly we just played badminton with it, but it still took plenty of abuse.
