A patented D-Ring toe cord system eliminates shin bang by stopping the natural rotation of the binding at 90 degrees and prevents all unwanted lateral movement of the binding. Shipping was right on time. We love this brand of snowshoes. I've had mine for 2 years and we just bought 2 additional pairs for the rest of the family. The bindings are so easy and fast to use. The toe piece keeps your foot in place. The crampons are great. Never a slip. We also like the fact that they are made in Vermont and not China. If something goes wrong than we can have the part replaced. Very happy with these snowshoes and so our several of our friends that have now bought them.
