Enjoyable instruction
Jeff Fenech, the one-time champion boxer from Australia, presents his material well, and obviously has fun doing so. He's a lot of fun to watch and he's a goldmine of useful information. This is not fundamental instruction for beginners; rather, it's somewhat more advanced strategic concepts for boxers who are planning to fight.
