I bought these shoes to help support my ankles and achilles. The last pair of Nike looked cool, but were close to none functional. This pair of Adidas is very functional and help alleviate some pain I was having in my achilles. Would recommend this shoe if you want 'functional' basketball shoes. They also grip well, which is a complaint I've had with other shoes. Definitely would buy again.

creasy, painful to change colors, incredibly high
this shoe's as tall as a high top shoe and after the first few weeks, the creases from walking become disgusting to look at. I don't even play bball with these, the walking caused enough damage. The color strips can't be changed unless the laces are put through only two holes. Finally, if any moisture gets inside the plastic stripe area, you cannot pull out the stripes strips unless you're willing to bend them out of shape. I'm sorry I bought this shoe. I guess it would've been okay to wear with shorts, but it definitely does not go well with non-athletic clothing at all.
