They're awesome
I have used Cameron's smoker chips exclusively on both my Cameron smokers with great results. You have to establish your own flavor profile to really get into it. I tend to like the very smokey flavors over the sweet ones but to each his own. One thing for sure is that the wood chips are pure therefore you dont pickup any aftertaste or flavor that you might get from some other inferior product. There is no waste as the chips burn completely to ash if you follow the smoker directions correctly. Highly recommended by this chef.

This chips were better than the ones I purchased in a specialty shop, in town. Flavorful foods, I used them on my Emeril Smoker, for the oven. I'd purchase them again.
