Stylish AND Comfy
My one hesitation about keeping these shoes was the faux-wood sole (hence the four star rating). But I suppose real wood would have bumped up the price. As they are, the uppers are lovely. I got them in black and the combination of silver and black swirls (paisley-esque) with tiny rivets is lovely and well-made. There's a bit of a rubbing problem over the instep, but a touch of Band-Aid Blister Block--the best invention since Post-Its--or a pair of those tubular mule socks takes care of that. I have taken some long walks in these and they've proven to be among my most comfortable shoes.
