The Protec Classic Skateboarding Helmet provides the multiple impact protection required of skateboarders, roller-bladers, and in-line skaters. It has a high density ABS shell for durability and an open cell, dual density foam liner (spongy foam, two layers - the first is for impact absorption and the second is for fit/comfort) for multiple impact protection. The webbing is soft tubular and the rivets are stainless steel. These helmets are CPSC certified.SM/MD fits head sizes 21.25"-22.5"LG/XL fits head sizes 23.5"-24.5"

great helmet
This helmet goes with a lot of stuff and isn't too dorky. I took the protec stickers off so I'm not a walking billboard.

Fits well and appears to offer good protection
Fits the head securely. Comes with extra inserts to make sure you get a snug fit. Most of these helmets offer the same basic construction so it is hard to say how much better it is than more expensive head gear, but it feels good on and seems to do the job.
