Great Item, Customer Service May Be Another Story
I ordered this item for my son for Christmas. It appears to be well made and quite durable so I expect it will hold up well to the thrashing he'll give it. One of the axles did not have well-defined threads, causing cross-threading of an axle nut, and so I contacted Fuzion Customer Service via e-mail to request a replacement. I included my mailing address in both the original e-mail and the follow-up. To date we have not received the replacement.

I got these for my daughters (7 and 9) but they are so much fun, I almost want one myself! I wish I worked in a campus environment-they'd be very cool to move between buildings! A heck of a lot less complicated (not to mention cheaper) than the Segway!
