High End without the Big Price Tag!5
First of all, I am blown away by your fast shipping! My impression, even from the box, was that of high-end design. (Maybe it was that the Keekaroo logo and name are similar to that on the Bugaboo packaging?) Regardless, even if someone were to associate the name with Bugaboo, that would be a very positive mental link. I unpacked and assembled the entire stroller in 5 minutes, without consulting the manual.

My initial impressions were "Wow." The quality of the fabrics, the sturdiness of the metal & frame, the size of the wheels struck me instantly. My next thought was, "How are they charging under $200 for this Keekaroo stroller, when it is nicer than any Maclaren I've ever seen?!" (With Maclaren charging more than 2x what you are).

I LOVE the handle height, as will my husband who is 6'4". I love that the child sits much higher than a Maclaren, so the child is easier for Mom & Dad to reach. (Have you ever tried to pull a Maclaren up to a dining table of any sort?!?) I actually had to use my son's old Maclaren this morning while I took my daughter to the mall when he was at school . . . I can't wait to go again with my new Keekaroo Karoo!

I love the braking mechanism -- so much sturdier and easier than the Maclaren "each wheel" lever, which is really tricky to catch when you are in a hurry. The front-wheel position lock mechanisms were also very easy, though a bit sticky out of the box. The suspension is something that the lower-end Maclarens' (which retail for more than yours) do not even have, I believe.

I am also VERY impressed by the seat recline -- most umbrella strollers are strings or a weak center bar, which I was never convinced would hold. This seat will clearly hold in position. The seat itself is large and roomy. My 3.5 year old took a quick ride and there was PLENTY of space for him. This stroller would actually be a great option for an older child who's gotten tired walking at Disney World, the mall, etc. The seat itself is also remarkably "cushiony" for a lightweight stroller.

All in all, what can I say? I would expect to pay between $[...] for this stroller, compared with all the other strollers we've owned. This is much better.

Excellent: huge pay off for the dollar spent...4
Just received the Karoo today. (So, I'll need to post a follow up after using for a while). I'm the dad (and tech lover)..., I've read about every Maclaren, Uppababy, Britax, Jeep, Chicco, Quinny, Peg Perego, Mia Moda, Joovy, Inglesina... etc etc... In addition, I've tried to test as many as I could get my hands on.

That being said: I took a gamble on the Keekaroo (as no local shops carry them.)

First impressions:
1. Medium weight (The Uppababy G-luxe is lighter; however, with more durable feel and the leg support which the G-Luxe doesn't have.)
2. Awesome wheels and casters with suspension (Superior to most I have seen)
3. Mesh and canopy are excellent! There is a 4inch front shade that hangs down in front which isn't pictured here on Amazon. In addition, the window is great! However, there is a drawback here: When the hood is collapsed, it encumbers the ability to grasp the handles. This is quite literally the only draw back I can find thus far, but it is a drawback (and hence the 4 star instead of 5.)
4. Recline and leg support adjust ability are awesome! This will absolutely enable good napping. The foot support is also large enough and has good grip for the lil' one to climb in and out.
5. Collapse and Setup: Within 2 minutes of practice (seeing where to push/pull etc), this thing is a breeze. Put the seat in the upright position and the leg support up, then step on the collapse tab and push the handles forward. It collapses right down onto itself. To expand, simply unclip on the right side and step down on the tab in the rear while pulling up on the handles until it "snaps" into place. It does not "stand up" when collapsed however. To recline the seat, you simply press the two releases, and it quite literally falls back. The leg took a moment to figure out the adjust, but after doing it a couple times the buttons loosened up and it works easily.
6. Straps/Headsupport: comfy straps, and plenty of room. In fact it came stock with shoulder extenders.
7. to be continued... I'll follow up with durability later, but as of now, it surpases the Maclarens up to the two hundred and eighty dollar range. (I think Maclaren is just the trend, and is readily available, but you will be quite happy with this)

Aside: The one negative review (a 2) of this just has a lot of weird information that I cannot replicate. I'm 6 feet tall, and the handles fall very naturally. I definitely don't kick the rear when walking. I'm not hunched over at all. In addition, it comes stock with shoulder extenders, so I think that the purchaser either: misplaced them, or got a previously opened model, not a new one.

Excellent Stroller5
I have nothing but good things to say about this stroller. I originally bought an expensive travel system, but as our baby got older and could sit up, I wanted something easier to haul around for quick trips to the mall, etc. This stroller is so good, it lives in my car and I very rarely use our main stroller anymore, even for longer trips.

It folds down flat (is quite long folded but should still fit in most trunks without trouble), is easy to open and fold, and best of all, our baby seems very content in it.

The seat is nice and deep so his legs (at 7 1/2 months old) are mostly straight out in front of him, which he seems to like.

The buckle on the 5 point harness looks a bit mickey mouse, but works just fine, and the harness keeps him secure.

The suspension is great...smooth across bumpy cracked parking lots.

For a lightweight, it's comfortable to push -- I'm tall (5' 11") and I have to hunch just a bit, but much less than I would with any other umbrella-style stroller. I've never kicked the wheels.

The gear basket is a decent size and the accessories pocket on the back is perfect for keys, phone, sunglasses and a small wallet.

Great sun canopy -- we have a lot of sun here so that was important.

I couldn't be happier with this stroller. I was nervous when I bought it because there weren't many reviews yet, but I am so glad I took a chance on it. It really is great value for money. It also looks good -- I've had a few compliments on it.
