Reproductions of archival illustrations depict four important events from each state's history. The final sections offer a paragraph about each of the territories and a page of facts and figures about the United States. An extensive index completes this easy-to-use resource. Well Done
I purchased this book to go along with our homeschool history and geography curriculum. The book is jam-packed with excellent photos and interesting facts. However, I was disappointed that the maps of the states did not include lines of latitude or longitude, which really limits the book's use as a geography resource.
