After I bought Onion Delights Cookbook, I learned an entire new way of cooking with them. Onions are much more versatile than I first thought, and I use them in so many different dishes, thanks to this cookbook. I really enjoyed the hilarious "onion laws" that were included in this book just for fun. A woman of wide interests, she, her husband, thirteen children, and foster children make their home in Spokane Valley, Washington. Ms. Hood is currently completing work on her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University.
