waste of money
Its easier to just use a good old bottle of cleaner and a rag! It doesnt clean things its supposed to and other things it creates a bigger mess than cleans.

Works fine for me
I bought this a few years ago but it doesn't have the floor attachment. I really like it and it cleans well for me. Great for grime that doesn't come off easily with normal scrubbing. Like that the dried on gook at the bottom of the fridge. I'm not sure why the first reviewer thought it was a bad design.

It's a good tool to have but not my first choice usually because it's a little more tedious to get it ready than to pull out a spray bottle of cleaning solution.

Don't waste your money!
Do not buy this brand. This was a huge waste of time, luckily I was able to get a refund and buy a different brand with much larger capacity for less money. The quality of workmanship is horrible!
