Love the product, but hard to find extra accessories4
I bought the steamer because it was rated so high by Good Housekeeping. I love using it and it works great. My biggest complaints are that the cord is not long enough. It only does a little area at a time and then you have to switch outlets. Secondly, it only comes with one cleaning cloth. I called Beach Camera (who is who actually sent the product to me) and after getting the run around several times, I finally found the number for the Steamfast company and ordered more cloths through them.

Basically I love the product, but they could work on the cord and adding more cloths. Beach Camera could work on their customer service!!

The floor that I wanted to use this on is not a very smooth floor, simulating real tile, with all of its bumps and grooves. Where it was smooth, the machine did a very good job, but with the rough stuff, it couldn't get into the grooves well.

This steamer worked great on my kitchen floor. In fact the steam was so hot I had to turn it down to medium, because it was actually lifting the linoleum up from the floor. It took off many years of gunk that I could not have gotten off otherwise.

The steamer however, in the shower, did nothing noticeable. I wanted it to clean the grout , but did not see a difference.
