Somewhat disappointed
The CD has good information and suggestions but you can't always hear what is being said as it was taped in a work shop session where they are not always speaking into the microphone. It also suggest that you buy the book to go with the CD's. I wish I would have known that at the time I ordered. Most likely I would have just bought the book instead of the CD's.
I would like to hear a professional recording of this information

Awful Quality
They should have been embarrassed to release this recording. It is a second- generation recording copied from tape to CD. The information is good, but it's not hard to use the technology to clean up the recording. They should really re-create the recording.
