Super non-stick, super dishwashable
The CS nonstick series is by far the best set of pots and pans I've ever purchased. I've had other Calphalon cookware before, but the CS nonstick lets absolutely nothing stick to it. Dishwashing leaves no marks or discoloration.

The only caveat is that the nonstick surface is tan, not black, so it won't match your other cookware.

Great frying pan
This frying pan is a heavy-duty, sturdy, work horse. It works great and cleans up with almost no effort at all.
