Great help in the lab
I'm pleasantly surprised by the usefulness of this lab manual. The color images in most manuals are irrelevant and only serve to make them more expensive. This book has only the images that are important, and since they are of a nice quality you can see exactly what the text is referring to in them. The protocols are laid out in an extremely simple manner. If you read 1-3 pages before lab, you are well prepared to do the experiments. The questions are thought provoking and may or not be used to turn in assignments. Since there is space to write the answers in, be careful when buying used copies. My used copy still had the pages, but many universities have students tear the worksheets out to hand in.
