Buy used from: $1.99 I may be old but I find this easier to use than epocrates. Has everything I have ever needed to reference thus far. It may be helpful to upgrade from time to time so newer meds are included but I imagine you will live if you keep the same edition throughout residency.

Buy new: $48.31 / Used from: $12.98 You know, I don't even own this but I wanted to add it because all my friends tell me it is more useful than Dubin's for its practical application. Nothing is better for learning EKGs than seeing as many as you can in the real world so you can avoid a purchase, if you wanted to do so.
