Very lovable
We live in NM where prairie dogs are on street corners. My 6 year old son took an interest in learning about them. We bought books, research the Net, went to zoos, and bought this toy. He has slept with and carried this animal around for months. It is slightly larger than a real prairie dog, but a wonderful companion for a child, who really would love to have a live pet, and a great way to learn about prairie dogs. Soft, cuddly and realistic. Despite the fact that the stitching of the paws and some seams came loose (easily repaired), I would highly recommend it.
