Wow. Are you sure it's vegan???
I got this for my son who is allergic to dairy. I expected it to be bland and not very appetizing. Was I ever wrong. It's great stuff!!! A tomato flavor is most prevalent, but not overpowering. It tastes like nacho dip, with more salsa than cheese. There really is no "cheese" flavor. It won't stretch like really cheese. But it has a great taste just the same.
