Very fast delivery! Right on Time!
The item price was great and I received it (with regular delivery) within 1 week, more like 5 days. This was right on time because I was about to start class and needed the book. The condition of the book was almost like new with just a few highlights, very minimal. I would use this vendor again.
the best only gets better
This is an excellent text that I've been using off and on since about the 3rd edition at a number of different universities. The author continues to add more relevant case studies and examples and updates theory whenever it becomes necessary. The book is easy to read and full of useful information. The text is easy to adapt to your program or students' particular needs.
