Cheap.
This boot was nowhere near the quality I thought it was from looking at the picture. Have you seen the boots from Claire's Boutique? Yeah, Claire's has these boots beat. I was very disappointed, even with the price. I returned them.

Maybe order a size down?
I usually wear size 6 in womens and the size 5 fit me, with a little room to spare. I bought this for my mom though, and it was way big for her, and she wears size 5. VERY WARM and COMFORTABLE on the other hand!
