Jane Austen Mug
The Jane Austen Mug that I ordered took over 3 1/2 weeks to arrive. After finally arriving, the mug spelled "Jane Austen" was actually spelled "Jane Austin." How could someone selling a famous literary name misspell the name on the front of the coffee mug? I have attempted to contact the vendor, but I have been totally ignored now for almost two weeks. Now, I can' even give this mug away. Don't patronize this vendor. They have sold me faulty merchandise with no response in correcting this matter after almost two weeks of waiting for a response. I feel totally ripped off.
