I can't remember the exact time of the defect (I got rid of the disk) but towards the middle of the film the screen goes black with a few green blocks for a couple of seconds. All the discs have this defect and Shriek Show will not fix.

There is a brief video glitch when the blond goes to throw her spear (~30:42) but the audio plays fine.

The first edition of this box set is plagued with audio and video glitches on Subspecies 1, 2 and Vampire Journals. The box set has since been re-released with all the glitches fixed.

Picture Ratio is screwed up and shows scrunched up on regular TVs.

The Dollman DVD has 3 separate areas of audio dropout

This only affects the first pressings of the set. The uncut Spanish version of Tombs of the Blind Dead has a few audio dropouts. The uncut Spanish version of Return of the Blind Dead has a audio and picture glitch. Blue-Underground has sense replaced and fixed

There is a glitch where an entire chapter is skipped. Been fixed with a second pressing.

Authoring problem which caused a few minutes from the middle of the film to be missing.

Freezes up about 40 minutes into the movie.

At least a half a dozen audio dropouts. The old Anchor Bay edition also has the same problem.

The scene where the jock-guy hides evidence in the quarterback's car is gone. If I remember correctly, Chapter 9 ends and Chapter 10 begins. One second into Chapter 10, the picture jumps. Suddenly, we're at the start of Chapter 11 several minutes later. If you go to Scene Selection, it does the same thing. I could not find a way into Chapter 10.

DVD freezes up 3/4 of the way through it.
