HEY? I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD DO THAT WITH PORK!!

For years I cooked pork just two ways, Roasted and Fried Pork Chops! This book has 200 pages of Pork recipes for Appetizers, Breakfast, Breads, Soups and Stews, Salads, Sandwiches, Main Dishes and Desserts with Pork. There are recipes from the Machine Shed's Award winning Chefs - Like Black Pepper Pork Chops with Molasses Butter, Apricot Bourbon Pork, Pork Cabernet, and Shed Roll-Ups with Blue Raspberry Sauce. It is also chock full of some great Desserts and Breads. Once I bought one of the Machine Shed cookbooks I just had to have them all! You should get one or all of them and you will see why I am so excited about them!! Sweet and Sour Pork Chops 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/4 c. prepared mustard 1/3 c. red wine vinegar 4 pork chops (1" thick)

Combine the mayonnaise, brown sugar, seasoned salt and mustard; mix well. Blend in vinegar. Pour into resealable plastic bag or shallow glass dish; add pork. Seal bag or cover container; refrigerate overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over medium coals, turning occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear. Yield: 4 servings.
