A book full of wisdom & common sense about the Technique.
This is my very favourite Alexander Technique book--I refer back to it over and over again! Thinking Aloud captures Walter Carrington's intelligent charm. Walter's many years of teaching the Technique & personal relationship with the late F.M. Alexander have given him a wealth of information and experience which he shares in own wonderfully unique style.
Sticks to the Principles of Alexander Technique. A Must Have
Provides a working insight as a teacher and user of the Alexander Technique. Easy to follow. Covers topics not covered in other books on Alexander Technique, giving an insight and sense into the struggle and prize.
A rare book that stimulates new thinking
This is a thought-provoking book full of insights, every page a gem. This is not an introduction to the Alexander Technique, but for those with some experience and for the rare individual with no Alexander Technique background.
