Ok product, but have since found better
This product is your typical Carnitine+ALA supplement, giving 1g of Carnitine and 300mg of ALA per 2 tablet dose. I thought this product was ok, i say ok because it took 4 tables for a noticeable effect. I have since found another product that delivers the ingredient in a more absorbable capsule based form, which i feel the difference off only 2 capsules. My other product also delivers 600mg of ALA per serving vs. only 300mg in this product.

Also, i did not like all the binders and fillers involved in these tablets, read the label and you will find: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Modified Cellulose Gum, Magnesium Stearate, and Colloidal Silicon Dioxide.

I don't think i would buy again simply because there is better on the market without all the junk, for a comparable price. Quality is my number one consideration in purchasing supplements.

Just my experiance
I quit using this for a while thinking it didn't help. My thinking got stodgy so I ordered it again. I will say it seems to keep my mental facilities sharper.

poor service
I ordered and paid for three bottles of this stuff, and only got one. The company never made good on this, so I stopped payment on two bottles. Very aggravating.

I was happy with the product itself.
