Glaring typos & weak outlines2
Thank God I didn't spend money for this. I borrowed a copy and read it over a weekend. The typos are glaring. I'm a bit shocked too that a guy who claims to have 30 years of legal experience is so sloppy with the editing. Maybe his eyes are getting tired! Also, the outlines are no where near as comprehensive as another course I used. If you can get this book somewhere for free, its okay but don't spend good money for this.

For this reason I am staying away from Aspen's other Bar Review materials too. If they don't care enough to get the basics right, I'm not trusting them to the "big one!"

solid study aid for MPRE4
As the previous reviewer noted, this book does contain some typos; however, the substance of the book is solid. I studied for the MPRE exclusively using this book and scored more than 40 points over what I needed to pass. The book contains a disc that makes practicing questions easy. Audio lectures are also available from the book's website.

Hit or miss2
The outlines were poorly written and confusing at times. They did not flow very well and were often too wordy. The memory outlines were a waste.

The questions in this book were the biggest help since each section focused on a different subject which allowed you to apply your studying as well as a final overall question section. With that being said, I found the questions to not be very similar to other questions both on the exam itself and in other books.

I like Emnauel books, but this one was not the best study aide for the exam.
