Healthy, tasty and easy
Love it. Cooks up easily, just like rice, and comes with a booklet of recipes. Really good for you and makes a great side dish that is high in protein but eats like a carb!

Versitle Quinoa
I love this product. I discovered it while dining at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge a few years ago. Found it an organic store and have been using it ever since!
I cook up a big batch over the weekend, let it cool and then pop it into an airtight container in the fridge. I use about 1 cup each day for breakfast. Just put in a little water, heat 1 minute in the microwave and then I mix in whatever fresh fruit I have. This month it's blueberries! Makes great cold salads. And it fits on Weight Watchers!

hard to swallow
I'm open to try new things, but... picture your lawn right after it was mown. you know that smell, well this is what this taste like!! it's pretty and it looks interesting but taste like weeds. i added sauteed garlic and onions, cubed baked potatoes, toasted pine nuts, and asparagus on top of the quinoa, but the entire bowl of food was still overwhelmingly...grassy tasting. this box of quinoa has been in it's been in my fridge ever since....
