I made bread from scratch, bought every gf bread on the market, and finally found Pamela's. I love, love, love this bread.

Very very good
This is excellant. Even better, I've started taking out the paddle after it's through mixing so I don't get messed up slices in the middle. When it's still warm, OMG!
