The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking. ** Quick and Energy-Saving Cooking:Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water. Switch off stove. Cover pot for about 20 minutes. You can even fool your guests!
This pasta is excellent. I don't have any dietary restrictions, and my husband has Celiac Sprue. Tinkyada doesn't make anything but rice products, so this product is truly gluten free. Be sure to follow the directions to get the flavor and texture just right. Leftovers aren't the greatest, but when the pasta is fresh, it will even fool your guests!

BY FAR BEST PRODUCT WE HAVE FOUND FOR GLUTEN WHEAT FREE
This is the best Brown Rice Pasta available. Cook exactly to specifications and taste the rich flavor. Everyone feels better and can have pasta again. I have two men with Wheat and gluten allergies. My son has Crohn's and he is not bothered by this product. He is delighted that it is available to him. We saute, zuccini, mushroom, potatoes, fresh green beans, walla walla onions with italian seasoning. Add tomatoes last and steam to produce a lite rich sauce. Serve over Brown rice pasta--You will love it!!!

Best gluten free pasta
I have tried a lot of different brown rice pasta's, but this is by far the best tasting there is. I don't think a wheat pasta eater would know the difference on this product.
