An alternative to gluten type pasta
a great alternative to gluten. beaware that although it says Quinoa, it does contain corn....so if you are sensitive to corn, then it's not a good choice.

When cooked, it holds shape...does not get mushy. it does have a different texture than regular pasta. it's worth a try to see if it works for you.

Great value for the cost...
Very tasty. Make sure you cook it al dente, which will be a bit longer than regular pasta. Much better value than buying it locally.
