My kids love this
My kids are allergic to so many food items it was hard to find a replacement for pasta. The rice pastas are sticky and the texture is wrong. This linguini is great! If you follow the directions on the box and don't overcook, this is a perfect substitute. I will rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process exactly. I can even serve it to their non allergic friends and they like it too!

Very comparable to regular pasta
I love this pasta because it doesn't get all gummy like rice pasta does. You are limited sometimes when you have wheat allergies. This pasta however makes it eaiser to because you don't have to feel like you are being deprived when having pasta. I have a child with allergies adn I used to cook him this pasta and the rest of my family regular pasta. This is so good though, and so cheap buying thru amazon, that we all eat this kind now.

Perfect for clam sauce
We use this as an alternative to wheat/gluten pastas. It's perfect for linguine and clams. Just wish it came organic too.
