Beautiful but....
I, probably just like you, am a watch maniac!

This review is not based on performance, but rather looks as I only had it for 2 days of non usage.

* The band is made of nice leather.
* The case itself seems to be very durable, & it is thick & heavy.
* Everything seemed to be working just fine.

The only reason I returned it is because it is very big on my wrist. I am a slim guy with small wrists. Please beware of this 'little' detail. This watch, at least this particular model, is more for a person with big arms/wrists. Remember that is thick in depth, too, and it will look silly on someone of small size. There's another model, don't have it right now, that looks exactly like this one, but on the description there's not 'Midsize' as there's on this item's; 'Swiss Legend Midsize Ebikon Collection.' I tried getting info. regarding the difference on size btw the two models, but no luck. Both amazon & the Authorized Swiss dealer (phone# provided by amazon's customer service) were unable to assist me.

I would recommend you find & try the watch at a retail store and come back to amazon and get it from them, obviously if the price you get is better, then get it at the store.

Big size
When i get this watch, i am not really happy because the size is too big for my wrist. And it is good for teenager, but not for me.
It is not my style .. i am sorry...
maybe i should give to my daughter then...
