Billy's Favourite Moves-Mine Too!
At approx 45 minutes you might think this workout is a little too short but I am pleased to say it certainly gives me a very good balanced workout with plenty of sweating! There are a few new moves which adds more interest - overall I thoroughly enjoy this one!
Great workout!
Work up a sweat and have fun at the same time. I find myself laughing at Billy and myself and just enjoying the workout. I love Billy Blanks.
Not his absolute best, but still a good workout.
I decided to put this in after not touching it for quite a while (I've been doing the cardio circuit and celebrity DVDs lately) and it's a good change of pace. I agree with others it's not for beginners, as there isn't much actual instruction on the specific moves. The reps seem to be less than "normal," but the fast pace makes up for it. This is the only workout I have where he gets down on the ground to specifically work your back side, and does it ever. The first time I did it I was surprised to see something as simple as pushups included, but being in the military, I can never get enough of those.
Overall it's a good workout, it gets and keeps your heart pumping, and you'll probably feel it the next day.
