Amazon.com Product Description
Designed with professional divers in mind--thanks to its water resistance to 300 meters (984 feet)--the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Calibre 5 automatic watch for men is as fashionable in the boardroom as it is on the wakeboard. The 41mm wide (1.61-inch) stainless steel watch case is topped by a unique dual bezel that's composed of fixed black aluminium/steel ring and unidirectional turning bezel in fine-brushed steel with polished studs and minutes scale, which includes engraved numeral with black varnish and a luminous dot at 12 o'clock. The blue dial face includes silver stick hour markers, luminous baton hands (with seconds hand), and a day-and-date function at 3 o'clock. Other features include a caseback engraved with diver decoration, an anti-reflective scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and a triple-link stainless steel bracelet band with alternating fine-brushed and polished finishes.

About TAG Heuer
TAG Heuer traces its roots to the small Swiss village of St-Imier where, in 1860, a watchmaker named Edouard Heuer opened his first shop. His vision was to create remarkable timepieces that pushed the envelope of innovation and precision. The company's reputation grew, and Heuer's first patent for a chronograph mechanism in 1882 was followed by a long list of achievements: the first stopwatch accurate to 1/100 of a second, the first dashboard stopwatch for race cars, the first miniature electronic timekeeping device accurate to 1/1000th of a second, and the first automatic movement with a microrotor, to name just a few.

Over the years, Heuer's reputation for gold-standard precision earned the company the privilege of providing official timing services for a number of world-class competitive sporting events, including the Olympic Games, the FIS Ski World Cup, and the FIA Formula 1 World Championships. To this day, TAG Heuer maintains a close association with the world of competitive sports and enjoys a devoted following among sports celebrities and enthusiasts. In 1985, Heuer joined the TAG (Techniques D'Avant-Garde) group, and the TAG Heuer name and logo were created. Now one of the most recognized and sought-after watch brands in the world, TAG Heuer continues its reputation of innovative design and technological excellence, creating prestigious timepieces that are always at the cutting edge of precision, reliability and style.

Customer Reviews

Great looking watch4
It really is a great looking watch. I bought it with the rubber strap. It is very comfortable to wear and easy to read. I can even see the day/date without my glasses. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is not as accurate as other quartz watches I own. I have never owned an automatic watch before purchasing this one. The upside is that it runs fast so I am never late for appointments. It gains about 5 minutes a week. I just adjust it backwards every Monday morning. I wish I didn't have to do that but otherwise great watch.

great timepiece5
I've never spent this much on a watch, let alone ordered it sight unseen. Pictures don't do it justice. It's a very accurate and comfortable timepiece. Fast delivery and a good price, relatively speaking. Watch is very sharp and not too heavy. It cleans up easily. The band was large enough with plenty of room to spare. I recommend this watch.

Great Watch/Great Price5
This watch is lighter than it looks.Wear it every day. accurate time
piece. Good looking.
