About Us
A Tandoor is a vertical beehive shaped clay oven used in the Middle East and Indian sub continent for BBQ food. Unlike a pizza oven, it is accessed via the top, with the fuel and the food added from above (with just a small opening at the front to remove ash). Common dishes are tandoori chicken and roti or naan bread.
