not crazy about this one
im sure its just my preference, the music is well played, its just not beneficial to me and i have stopped using this cd.
The right CD for your Yoga routine
The first time I listened to this CD I new it was going to be in my top list of CDs to play during my Yoga sessions. I love it.
Sweat dreams
My wife and I have had this album for 2 years. We play it on our bedroom sound system as we go to sleep each night. Pure bliss, into that peaceful space then oblivion.
This is my best cd purchase of the last decade.
