Great product5
This is the BEST pencil for inner rim eye liner. It sells on QVC for $28.

A Different kind of Eyeliner5
I have been using this item for over a year and just love it. You MUST, however, know how to use it. I saw it demonstrated on TV. You don't use it to line your eyelid the usual way. It was developed to use on the underside of the eyelid. It is perfectly safe. I like it soo much because it makes your eyes POP without being over made up. I usuallybring it up into my eyelash base. It lasts all day. One caution, don't twist too much up at a time or it will break off. Highly recommended for this use only - not for eyelid use.
