My diagnosis with gluten intolerance in December 2007 changed everything about the way I cook and eat. My blog Tasty... and Gluten Free! tells about my own culinary attempts, discoveries and adaptations... and will hopefully inspire others to take control of their health through a positive and open-minded diet. I am not a chef - so if I can do it, you can too!
