About the Author
Bruce and Shelley Richardson were recognized by Tea Time magazine in 2006 as two of the most significant trailblazers in America's current tea renaissance. Their influence can be seen in tea rooms nationwide. They owned and operated the Elmwood Inn Tea Room for 14 years. They have produced ten books on tea and are frequent guest speakers at tea events across America. Mr. Richardson serves on the Advisory Board for the Specialty Tea Insitute STI and is a columnist for Fresh Cup magazine.
The Richardsons are the owners of Elmwood Inn Fine Teas and Benjamin Press in Perryville, Kentucky.

Good Reading, good recipes
I have had others books from the Elmwood Inn and have never been disappointed. Looks like a wonderful place to visit, the recipes seem easy to prepare and are very appetizing. All around a good one!
