The ultimate "teaching by distraction" tool. Spice up everyday games with our soft-stuffed rubber chickens and your students will have so much fun playing, they’ll never realize how much they’re actually accomplishing. For example, use a Rubber Chicken as an "it" designator to transform an ordinary game of frozen tag into "Barnyard Tag." Or substitute a few faux fowls for relay batons and your racers will find themselves competing on the "Rubber Chicken Circuit." Rather than playing popcorn with balls, put a flock of birds on a parachute, then challenge the kids to help them "fly the coop." Activity guide included.

imagination play
While Christmas shopping for my two sons I wanted to find things that would spark their imagination - things that don't dictate how to play with them. I don't even remember why I looked up rubber chicken. But I did and they're great - a perfect "open-ended" toy. The possibilities are endless. Of course, since my boys are 2 & 4, the rubber chickens were first used as swords - at least they're funny swords and I can hope that their imaginations will continue to evolve.
everyone needs a rubber chicken!
The ultimate gag, timeless and tacky. I have my rubber chicken as one of my "computer buddies," draped across my monitor. Visitors to my office always crack up when they see it and have to play with it. This is what my grandmother referred to as a "dust catcher." A useless item that is something you keep around (like any knick-knack) that you end up having to dust... still, I like this guy - puts a smile on my face.
What do you expect of a rubber chicken?
The chicken had the effect I wanted -- as a joke. But, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the product since it was advertised as a "Deluxe" rubber chicken. The body of the chicken was coming apart at the seams. It was still fun, however.
