Gamma Tennis Trainer - good friend for warm up
Gamma Tennis Trainer is good friend for warm up . It is good to practice lob and all high balls. It is not good for straight balls, it stop to jump. Just for warm up it is good.

Great workout! Fun and...
People always ask me where i got this from... it works very well, although i need to replace the ball after about 2 weeks... buy the replacement balls too! this thing really does help develop control and timing. If you hit hard, the knots will come undone from time to time... i lose a ball every time... but i hit pretty hard.

Good for hand eye
Good practice for folks that need some hand-eye coordination exercises. Even good for some casual vollying for beginners. Personally, I found the rubberband to be VERY weak. It broke a few times after light usage, maybe a half hour or so.
