Shoyu Sauce
Have usd this product for many many years when I lived in Hawaii. Finding it through Amazon.com was a surprise - but a very pleasant one. This product is manufactured in Hawaii and the factory does not sell directly to the public and does not have wide continental US distribution. This was so easy and as usual, with amazon.com, a pleasant experience. And SO glad to find one of my favorite cooking items.

Consider this
Aloha Shoyu Soy Sauce is fabulous when making jerky. It does not have the overpowering of sodium that other more familiar named soy sauces have. There is a slightly sweet almost caramel taste like molasses. Excellent substitution in Filapino recipes as well. Mild -
