A great sweet chilli sauce for seafood and chicken!
I love it on catfish, chicken and even use it on plain white rice. A must-have-ingredient in my kitchen. In general all the Mae Ploy products I have tried are very good.

Keep a Bottle On Hand...Always!!!!
Anytime you buy frozen spring rolls, or egg rolls, (or any appetizer!!!), replace the sauce that comes with it. Pour a large bowl of this sweet, succulent, mildly spicy sauce, and you'll find yourself spooning down the sauce long after your egg rolls are gone. Think hot pepper jelly in a larger jar. Pair with cream cheese and you will experience gastronomic heaven!!!!

This is NOT a specialty sauce ................
It's a NECESSARY sauce for just about everything from ahi (tuna), Mahi-mahi, salmon, catfish, pork, chicken, ribs, brats, you name it.

It's sweet chili taste is not hot (for me), but it does have the chili taste. My GF doesn't like hot chili at all, but I suspect that this stuff is the reason she dates me. Every good sauce should make your mouth water, and this stuff does.

It's so good, I buy it by the case, and I always have guests ask where they can get some.

I've a buddy in Hawaii that brings a case to the mainland when he comes back to hand out.

This stuff is so good, you'll eat it on everything, very often. I put it right up with Smoky Jon's BBQ sauce (Madison, WI http://www.yelp.com/biz/smoky-jons-no-1-b-b-q-madison), and lest anyone think I hand out too many compliments, those two are the high ground for me - period.

If you have one bottle of sauce in your refrigerator, this should be it.
