This is not a workbook. It's a journal.
Enough said.

I was very disappointed to open this book and find only a bunch of blank pages with motivational sayings at the top. There are a FEW pages now and then that actually ask you general questions where you can answer in journal entry-like form, but more than 90% is just blank pages with sayings in small print at the top like this one: "To embrace the good you also have to experience the bad. When you feel tempted to run the other direction at the sight of strife, run toward it instead and jump into it head on. Things won't seem as bad"
Ok that's nice and all, but this does not a workbook make. Lots of blank Journals have little motivational sayings at the top or bottom of the blank pages.

I may keep it anyway because it is a very nice journal- One of the most beautiful I've come across if you're into the 'aged' look like I am. The pages are thick and unlined (some pages are lined) and it has an antique look to it. The days of the week are printed at the top of each page (Sunday, Monday, etc) which can motivate you to write every day because if you skip a day, you'll have to skip a page or tear it out. It's a nice journal, but It's no workbook. What a great way to make money! Stick a bunch of blank pages in binding and call it a workbook in connection to a dvd bestseller. I'm going to buy some mead notebooks and title them "What the Bleep Are You doing today? A workbook to help you find the rabbit hole within" and sell them for 20 bucks each. I guess I've finally figured out 'The Secret.'

The Secret Diary
This is awesome and keeps me on track. It's a beautiful book that keeps you inspired and writing your thoughts and goals daily. I'm a big follower and this book came at the right time. Each page has some thoughtful text that makes you think and reflect on the day. You should invest in this one!

Simply Beautiful
I just received my Secret diary after watching the movie and reading the book. It is beautiful inside and out, from the appearance of the book to the words of enlightenment on every page. It is a very special book that I will keep with me for a very long time. I can't complain about anything and I recommend this to everyone! Each page has pretty designs and inspirations that will stick with you and remind you of the book! TREAT YOURSELF :)
