The Big Kids pocket organizer from Whitney Design is a handy, helpful unit for kids with a look that appeals to playful grown-ups as well. The over-the-door construction of the unit uses three independent hooks and a durable cotton cord to keep the organizer at a child’s level. A total of fifteen pockets hold wide items like books, or slimmer ones like shoes, rulers, dolls, and flashlights. The colorful canvas fabric is very cheery with its contrasting trim and stitching. A hidden flexible plastic insert at the top helps the unit hang plumb. Great for playrooms, bedrooms, and closets, the organizer can be hung from any interior door. Nice organizer, but the way it hangs on the door is strange
This is a really nice door organizer, but I can't figure out how it is intended to be hung over the door. Mine didn't come with any instructions and it is not obvious to me. Right now, I have it hanging from a peg, which works fine, but I don't know how to get it to hang from the door. Overall, I recommend this, but be prepared to get creative hanging it.

Could be better ...
I ordered this in Oct.08, an at the time there was no disclaimer saying that there isn't an over the door hook included. So I got it, and had to use a hook from my shoe organizer. Even with a hook, over time (it's been 7 months) it starts to droop down. I don't have much weight in it so it's a little weird it does this, an it always gets caught in the door because it doesn't stay put. They should obviously include a hook, the fact that they don't doesnt make sense. But what do you expect for the price, I can't be to upset.

Good Product. Great Idea
Not only can one keep shoes in them but my son figured out that in the empty pockets he can also keep crayons, Happy Meal toys and other toddler treasures. The adjustable tie cord makes it easy to raise or lower the organizer to suit the hight of the child, and the bright multiple colors brighten the room. If I needed another one or need to replace this one for some reason I would not have a problem buying another one.
