About the Author
Ross Bentley is the author of five other Motorbooks titles, including the first four Speed Secrets titles. Formerly a full-time race car driver, he is now a professional driving coach and still drives competitively at events such as the Rolex 24 at Daytona, where his team won the SRP2 class title in 2003. Bentley resides in Redmond, Washington.

Bruce was introduced to the business of motorsports when he was contracted to help Ross with the development of his brand and assist him with the management of his racing career. Bruce is currently President of Momentum Motorsports Marketing Services and is actively involved in the planning and marketing of Speed Secrets Driver Development Services. In addition to his work with Speed Secrets, he provides strategic planning and marketing services to organizations and individuals within the motorsports community. Bruce lives with his wife and two children in North Vancouver, B.C.

Perfect guidance
This book is good for beginners who interested in car racing. The writer makes complicated physics into easy understanding language and the illustrations is wonderful for learning. I have recommeded this book to some of my friends already.

Worthwhile read especially for those with some racing experience
Overall I thought this was a worthwhile read. While it reviewed several of the other topics discussed in the Speed Secrets series, I'd still recommend it.
