Perfect.
I work out a lot! This is just great for your daily dose of vitamins, I don't get sick as much as I used to. Take half before lunch and the other half at night before dinner.

What's in your vitamin?
There are so many no-name/generic multi-vitamins out there. Buying a name brand and best selling supplement is the safer way to go. All people will react differently to supplements, so I can only tell you that I have never had a bad experience with any Centrum product. This Centurm product seems to work well with me, so I will continue to use it.
