| Since you will have so many different flours, it is important to have stackable storage containers to hold them, and labels for each container. I recommend Tupperware (search on "Modular mates" in particular!) for its stackability and durability. You will also need containers for gf pretzels, snack bars, etc. Since you may well have 2 of everything, i.e. pretzels and gf pretzels, crackers and gf crackers, space in your cabinets will be at a premium. By stacking the containers, you will gain much more space. Also, it is a good idea to get a rubber butter dish-- you will want 2 butters in the frig- one gluten and one gluten-free! | ||
